MACTECH 2009 is a Premier International
Exhibition specialized in Machine Tools,
Industrial Tools, Welding and Cutting equipments. Its
goal is to showcase the complete range of manufacturing
technology in the Middle East. The exhibition is
organized by International Fairs Group from October 22 –
25, 2009 at Cairo Fair Ground. MACTECH 2009 is
considered to be the Middle East’s largest annual
manufacturing event.

and Ramadan decorations and setting, more than 250
Siemens’ employees gathered on Sunday September 13th at
Cairo Marriott Hotel to join Siemens annual Staff Iftar.
Corporate Communications organized this event with the
objective of bringing together all employees in an
informal gathering to highlight the achievements of
Siemens Soccer team as well as presenting a “Talent
Show” focusing on some of our talented employees.

Egyptian journalists won in the Profile Awards
competition across the African continent. The
Profile Awards ceremony was held in South Africa
on March 5th, 09 and the Egyptian journalists
were honored during the ceremony and received
prizes of ZAR 15,000 for each category winner. |

has hosted the Regional Compliance Meeting. It was held from
22nd - 23rd January, 2009 at Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel in
Cairo.wenty RCO’s attended the meeting, which was lead by
Mr. Thomas Mark, the Global Compliance Coordinator for the
Middle East, Africa and Central East of Europe regions.
