Egypt has hosted the QBSR meeting across
Siemens Middle East Cluster region. It was held
from the 20th - 21st of January, 2009 at
Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo.
The cluster management, sector cluster leads,
sector cluster controllers and country CEO’s
CFO’s have attended the meeting.
The event started by a welcome speech and a
presentation about Egypt by Mr. Mohamed El-Mahdi
- Siemens S.A.E Chairman & Managing Director
followed by the presentation of Dr. Siegfried
Russwurm, who represents the Middle East Cluster
Managing Board of Siemens AG and he is the head
of Corporate Human Resources and the Labour
Director for Siemens AG. Dr. Russwurm’s
presentation was about driving growth in a
difficult market environment.
The meeting focused on the Middle East growth
initiative, HR projects and covered Compliance
topics in addition to other topics as well.
