Siemens’s First
Annual Medical Solutions Awareness Day

Siemens Egypt launched its first annual press
training in the field of Medical Solutions. The
training was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in
Giza on the 22nd of April 2007 and was attended
by a selection of Egypt’s journalists that are
involved in healthcare journalism. Eng. Mohamed
El Wetidy, Senior Vice President and Head of
Medical Solutions in Siemens Egypt, said: “The
main purpose of this training is to encourage
journalists to further report about healthcare
in Egypt and to inform them about the latest
technological developments in healthcare.”
Siemens Medical Solutions is known to have
executed several successful projects in Egypt.
One of most important recent projects, which
Siemens takes pride in taking part in its
execution, is the supply and installation of
state-of the-art diagnostic equipment for the
Children’s Oncology Hospital.
