Siemens, the technology partner and sponsor of Enppi football club
A press conference was held to celebrate the signature of a sponsorship contract between Siemens and Enppi football club. Under this sponsorship, Siemens aims to meet many objectives to increase awareness and/or understanding of the Siemens brand to be differentiated from other competitors, increase employee motivation, satisfaction and pride; in addition to positioning Siemens as a good corporate citizen. Siemens is having technology information visible at the club premises during the matches thus creating a consistent visual presence for the Siemens brand as well as correct understanding of Siemens products and solution in the energy sector. Siemens and Enppi club have jointly created a motto Siemens Technology partner of Enppi club which is used in all advertising materials.

During the press conference, Eng. Mohamed El Mahdi, Chairman and Managing Director of Siemens S.A.E., expressed his happiness in concluding the sponsoring deal declaring that Engineering for the Petroleum & Process Industries Company (Enppi) and Enppi football club are not mere partners to Siemens but are established successful business partners. Siemens is continuously keen to reach optimum levels through steadfast steps; a vision jointly shared with Enppi football club which also moves steadily towards realizing its goals.
Eng. Mohamed El-Mahdi pointed that Siemens is a leader in providing key solutions for sports events and infrastructures including stadiums worldwide. Siemens has provided key solutions in the field of lighting, security and public surveillance systems. Some of the key projects of Siemens in this field include providing the Allianz Stadium in Munich, home to the opening of the FIFA world cup 2006, with security solutions, Building management, high way system, stadium illumination and energy management. Siemens also provided wireless ticketing technology, access control and high level security.

Emad Ghaly, President of the Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas in Siemens announced this occasion witnesses the introduction of our newly launched and newly designed gas turbine SGT-750 to the Egyptian market. This piece of machinery is combining heritage with leadingedge design and engineering to deliver maximized customer value day in day out. The modular design supports easy maintenance and maximized up time. The SGT-750 was designed for maximized service ability and maximized load-to-load time. With a launch output of 37 MW, the Siemens SGT-750 fits perfectly into the Siemens range of industrial gas turbines from 4 to 47 MW. It offers high output, market leading efficiency of future proof DLE emission control.
The sponsoring deal with Siemens is a significant step which comes in recognition and appreciation of Enppis achievements and valuable contributions during the past period. It is also an emphasis of the administrative stability of the club which has been member of the Egyptian Premier League only nine years ago, Mr. Maged Nagaty, president of Enppi club, said during the signature ceremony.
Concluding the press conference, Nagaty awarded El-Mahdi the Enppi shield to convey the clubs happiness with this sponsorship.
