Siemens Best In Class (BIC) Summer 2011 Training Program
As part of Siemens responsibility towards its society and the younger generation, Siemens Egypt in an annual activity, hosted again this year, another 19 young faces at its premises during the month of July. Those young people are Siemens Best in Class summer trainees from Cairo University, Ain Shams University, The American University in Cairo (AUC), German University in Cairo (GUC) and Helwan University.
The students were selected through a panel of interviewers from Siemens Egypt different sectors, who both screened and directly interviewed each and every student. The 19 selected ones then joined on board.
The objective was to avail the opportunity and experience in a real work environment of a multinational organization for these students, who joined various corporate and business units for a duration of one month. Each BIC student was under the supervision of a mentor who introduced him/her to the company and provided guidance throughout his/her training period.
In addition to their normal daily tasks, the BIC students were invited to attend a training session on basic communication skills.
